Shipping Schedule
Our service operates on a shipping-based transaction model.
Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after your order is received.
Products are shipped using the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout.
Please note that while customers can choose the shipping method, the carrier is designated by the Company and cannot be selected.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking number.

Delays in Shipping

Missed Deliveries and Redelivery
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notice. Please follow the instructions on the notice to arrange for redelivery directly with the carrier.
- If the product is returned to the Company due to failed redelivery attempts, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the purchaser.
Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. Typically, cancellations are accepted within one day of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please contact us before the shipping process begins.
Once the shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns and Exchanges

Subscriptions

Some subscriptions automatically renew when the subscription period ends. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription. You are free to cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email includes a link to your order, from which you can manage your subscription.
