Product Pricing and Taxes

The product prices displayed on our website reflect the cost of goods shipped from Japan. These prices do not include customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), consumption tax, or other import-related charges. Such taxes and duties are subject to the laws and regulations of the purchaser’s country and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

 

Regarding Shipping to the United States
Starting August 29, 2025, due to changes in U.S. government regulations, import duties and customs processing fees (approximately $30 per shipment) will be charged separately.
These charges are collected by U.S. Customs and are not received by our store.
We kindly ask for your understanding before making a purchase.

  2. Responsibility for Import Fees:

Responsibility for Taxes and Duties

  • Purchasers are responsible for paying all taxes and duties associated with the importation of purchased goods.
  • If a purchaser refuses to pay these fees, the product may be returned to us. In such cases, the purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping fees or additional costs incurred.
  • Please note that goods may be held at customs or not delivered until payment of the required fees is completed.

  1. Tax systems and import regulations differ by country. Applicable duties and tax rates may vary depending on the nature and value of the goods.

Exceptions

The purchaser is responsible for tax and duty payments unless explicitly stated otherwise in campaigns or promotions where "shipping and taxes included" is specified.
