🍵 Green Tea Ochazuke (お茶漬け)

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 bowl of cooked rice 🍚
  • 1 tsp powdered green tea (粉茶)
  • 200ml hot water (or dashi broth for extra umami)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 small piece of grilled salmon or pickled plum (umeboshi)
  • Toppings of your choice (seaweed, sesame seeds, green onions, wasabi)

Instructions
